Our events both share our mission and goals with our community and serve as fundraising vehicles.

Advocate Training

The San Miguel Resource Center is offering a 40 hr training that will qualify you as a Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Advocate. The training consists of 3 weeks of class time (25hrs) on Monday and Wednesday, and Independent Study. Independent Study consists of watching videos, doing some reading, and answering study questions.

There is an introductory night January 7th at 6pm in the Community Room at the old library.

Chocolate Lover's Fling - February 9, 2008

Don't miss the event of the winter season in Telluride.  The Fling is always a blow-out bash with great music, dancing, a fabulous silent auction and absolutely delicious chocolate creations by local amateur and professional chefs.
